- What are the shipping options?
Shipping comes standard and varies depending on location of the product. Shipping can be anywhere from 3-21 business days within Canada and US and longer for other countries. Note that this is AFTER order as been processed and fulfilled (which can take 1-3 days).
Cataholic branded items' ("Cataholic Swag") shipping times vary from in 1-15 business days in Canada/US. Shipping times with more specific details may be listed on individual product pages. If you need express shipping it may be possible on some orders for an additional fee. Please email us directly to discuss.

- What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Our products are shipped from Canada, the US and China so depending on the product you may have to pay additional taxes and duties upon arrival. You will be responsible for any of these fees.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
If you have any issues with delivery please email us immediately at cataholicshop@gmail.com.
- What do I do if I received a defective order?
If your order is defective, please email picture proof to cataholicshop@gmail.com and we will replace your order upon confirming that the item is defective.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Orders take 1-3 days to be processed so please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order. You can reach us by email at cataholicshop@gmail.com.

We are based in British Columbia Canada and source products from multiple locations, including Canada, the US and China.
